Cancellation & refunds

Cancel monthly coaching

Coaching costs £149 per month, paid upfront. You can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that date. There is no minimum term beyond one paid monthly period.

Use the Manage subscription link on this website to open the Stripe billing portal, or email supportwhynotyou@gmail.com. You will receive confirmation of a cancellation. Turning off future renewal does not automatically refund an already started billing period; this does not limit the statutory rights described below.

Your initial cooling-off rights

For eligible UK distance service contracts, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel. If you expressly request coaching to begin during this period and then cancel, a proportionate charge may apply for service already supplied, provided the required information and consent were given. The right can be lost on full performance only where the applicable consent and acknowledgement requirements are met.

Digital-content cancellation rules differ. If immediate supply is offered, checkout must ask for your express consent to supply during the cancellation period and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost when supply begins. These choices must not be assumed or pre-ticked. Without the required consent and acknowledgement, the applicable cancellation right is retained.

Faulty content or problems with the service

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails applicable standards, or where services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Applicable remedies may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund.

How to request cancellation

Contact Josh at supportwhynotyou@gmail.com for cancellation or refund enquiries. A cancellation request should include your name, purchase email, order reference if available, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to give a reason when exercising an applicable cooling-off right.

Refund timing

Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made within the applicable legal time limit, generally within 14 days of being informed of cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional fees.
