The offers

The seller is Josh Chan, trading as Why Not You. Customer support: supportwhynotyou@gmail.com.

The digital guide costs £29 as a one-off purchase. It is a PDF, not a video course, and does not include coaching. The 1:1 coaching membership costs £149 per month, paid in advance at the start of each monthly billing period.

Coaching scope

Coaching focuses on general self-improvement, everyday habits, personal style and confidence, drawing on Josh’s experience. It includes weekly check-ins and daily messaging access to Josh. The messaging channel, response expectations and call length will be agreed in writing before purchase. A community is not included in the advertised package.

Recurring payments

When you subscribe, the first £149 payment covers the first month. The subscription renews monthly at £149 unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for. There is no minimum commitment beyond the paid monthly period. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are preserved.

Digital guide

The PDF is licensed for your own personal use. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly upload it. After Stripe confirms payment, your PDF download is available on the confirmation page in the browser used for checkout. If you do not receive an email copy, you can download the PDF from the confirmation page. If access fails, contact support with your checkout email.

Consultation

The initial consultation is free and lasts 15 minutes. It is an opportunity to discuss goals and suitability, without an obligation to purchase. No appointment exists until a real booking is confirmed. Request a consultation by email; Josh will confirm the time directly.

Personal experience, not regulated advice

Josh does not claim to be a doctor, dietitian or qualified personal trainer. The guide and coaching do not diagnose, treat or cure conditions, provide therapy or replace advice from qualified professionals. Seek appropriate professional advice about medical concerns or significant health changes. Photos show Josh’s own experience; no physical, health, modelling or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Fair use and respectful communication

Coaching is a professional support relationship. Messaging does not imply instant responses or continuous availability. Respect agreed communication boundaries and the privacy of others. Any service changes or termination must be communicated fairly and preserve consumer rights.

Problems and consumer rights

The service must be supplied with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must meet applicable consumer-law standards. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce statutory rights. See the cancellation and refunds policy.

Before purchase
